- All orders placed on alfaaz.pk are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For international customers, conversion rates may apply.
- Alfaaz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Payments must be made through secure gateways (e.g., bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or cash on delivery where available).
Shipping & Delivery
- Within Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary (7–21 business days) depending on the destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in a promotion.
- Delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Alfaaz’s control.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds/exchanges are only accepted if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- A video will be recorded before unpackaging our product, allowing us to identify any issues that may arise from either our end or yours.
- A request is made within 7 days of delivery (Pakistan) or 14 days (International).
- Customized, personalized, or sale items are non-refundable.
- Shipping Charges will be paid by you in case of product return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 – 14 working days.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on alfaaz.pk (logos, images, text, designs, videos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Alfaaz.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- Alfaaz strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or availability are always error-free.
- Alfaaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
