Returns & Exchanges

At Alfaaz, we care about your satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchange Policy below. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

General Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is:
    • Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Returned with all tags, accessories, and labels intact.
  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package to support any return or refund claim. This helps us verify product condition at the time of delivery.
  • Products that are customized, personalized, or purchased on sale and at a discount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return & Exchange Timeline

  • Within Pakistan: A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • International Orders: A return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Process for Returns & Exchanges

  • Email us at support@alfaaz.pk or WhatsApp us at +92 3129622015 with:
    • Your order number.
    • Reason for return/exchange.
    • The unboxing video was recorded before opening.
  • Our team will review your request and provide approval.
  • Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Non-Eligible Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Sale or discounted items.
    • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
    • Products returned without the required unboxing video evidence.

International Customers

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs regulations of your country.
  • Alfaaz is not responsible for any additional fees charged by foreign customs authorities.

Important Notes

  • Video Evidence Required: Without an unboxing video, no return/refund claim will be entertained.
  • Condition Check: Returned products are inspected upon arrival; if they do not meet the eligibility criteria, the request will be declined.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued only via the original mode of payment.
