At Alfaaz, we care about your satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchange Policy below. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
General Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returned with all tags, accessories, and labels intact.
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package to support any return or refund claim. This helps us verify product condition at the time of delivery.
- Products that are customized, personalized, or purchased on sale and at a discount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Exchange Timeline
- Within Pakistan: A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- International Orders: A return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Process for Returns & Exchanges
- Email us at support@alfaaz.pk or WhatsApp us at +92 3129622015 with:
- Your order number.
- Reason for return/exchange.
- The unboxing video was recorded before opening.
- Our team will review your request and provide approval.
- Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.
- In case of a refund, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 7β14 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Non-Eligible Items
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without the required unboxing video evidence.
International Customers
- International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs regulations of your country.
- Alfaaz is not responsible for any additional fees charged by foreign customs authorities.
Important Notes
- Video Evidence Required: Without an unboxing video, no return/refund claim will be entertained.
- Condition Check: Returned products are inspected upon arrival; if they do not meet the eligibility criteria, the request will be declined.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued only via the original mode of payment.
